House Rules
PETS: Dogs (only dogs) are permitted on the property, provided they are disclosed in the reservation. Dogs must be leashed (for their safety - large farm animals on adjacent property). Please do not permit dogs on furniture or beds, etc.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND is permitted anywhere in or within 50 feet of the home. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $250 cleaning charge to the registered guest.
QUIET HOURS are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that guests be mindful of music and voice levels so as not to be a nuisance to our neighbors. Playing music while using the hot tub is discouraged because if it's loud enough to hear while in the hot tub, the neighbors can probably hear it, too. Otherwise, please feel free to enjoy your favorite music inside or out at a thoughtful volume.
If using the hot tub during quiet hours, please be mindful of conversation level.
Please extinguish all lights in the back yard after 10:00 pm.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION (this includes, but is not limited to, bachelor/bachelorette parties).
Violating quiet hours will result in a warning. A second violation may result in immediate removal of all guests from the property at the sole discretion of the host without any refund.
NO FIREWORKS: They are dangerous and illegal and not allowed at Sugar House ADK Based Camp under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and loss of security deposit.
NO TRESSPASSING on or through adjacent property. When visiting the creamery store please walk up the private gravel road next to the house.
